One Week of Eating In

YIKES…Added up the how much we spent on going out to eat/expensive coffee/snacks from gas stations in the two weeks before we started …$190.27.  Oh My Word. I had no idea we were spending so much. It was like checking out at Walmart. I had spent more than I realized.  

On Eating In –  We have made it a full week now. After the first couple of days it got much easier. We didn’t pay for any meals out…though Jim and I did share a free meal at Remington Grill on Saturday night. The kids were at a friend’s house and we had a coupon for a free entree.

Here is our current menu:

Fish (Alternative – Coconut Chicken)

    Great menu! I need to make one myself, although I did do a rough plan of what we’re having this week for supper.

    Love the pic of Jim at the restaurant. I am pround of you for toting your camera everywhere.
